We arrive in Dunedin. Amazing houses.
We visit the university grounds. Very beautiful. Makes going to school more pleasant.
Gorgeous church
Beautiful restful place.
Gorgeous views.
Bobby and Brent are our guides. Friends of Marlene’s.
Lots of sheep grazing.
Then we’re off for a hike to the tunnels. Needless to say Bobby and Brent are very active and in great shape!
It’s a bit of a hike down (can’t wait to come back up!)
As we descend into one of the tunnels I know I would not have attempted this on my own!
It’s a tricky climb along the bottom. Good thing the tide is out!
Stopping at the Albatross Center
A wee bit windy.
Then a visit to Brent’s brothers farm.
Nice view from his property.
What a great day!

The Law Courts
Edinburgh is Dunedin’s sister city and it’s only 18,869 kms away according to this sign.
Every town has their Irish Pub
The Main Street, George Street, once the construction is completed.
We then head to the centre of town which is called the Octagon
Then we head to these beautiful beaches in town and have coffee. There is St. Claire Beach…
After meeting Brent and Bobbie we go to the steepest street in the world?? Not sure as I feel Oxford Street in White Rock is a close second
And St. Kilda Beach. Beautiful!
After saying good bye to Bobbie and Brent we finish the day by having dinner at Joe’s Garage. What a full, perfect day!
The beautiful railway station.
The station is undergoing renovations.
