Rested and ready to go!

So lucky.  Marlene and I both slept until 10:30 a.m.!  Wow!  That never happens…we’re off to breakfast to get fueled for the day. 

We catch the metro to Montmartre.  There must have been at least 100 narrow steps going up the spiral staircase out of the metro into Montmartre.  Wow!  Just about killed me.  Now….which way to go?

We stop at this park where the words I Love You are written in every language imaginable ❤️

It’s pretty busy up by the artist’s square.

Sacre Coeur.  I never tire of visiting this place.

We stop inside for a rest and it’s so peaceful. Beautiful building.

A day in Paris wouldn’t be complete without accordion music!

The view from Montmartre over the city is amazing.  People place locks on the fence here to represent love!  There’s hundreds of them.

And then we have to climb the stairs to the dome.  292 of them!  But what a view!
