Off to Paris!

Marlene and I are off to Paris.  We will then continue on to Greece.  My sister, Sue drove us to the airport.  Our flight doesn’t leave until 1:30 and we arrive at the airport at 10. 

Just about ready. 

Murphy’s Law….no line ups and we go right through.  Now we just wait until take off time.

We’ve arrived!  Our hotel for the next three nights.  Nice quiet location.

It’s the iconic Eiffel Tower.  We’re walking around in order to keep awake.  Trying to stay up until 9:00. 

Les Invalides where Napoleon’s tomb is located.   Gorgeous building inside however we hadn’t bought a ticket so couldn’t do more than peak in the door.

We had a lovely meal with a glass of wine.  Luckily we can eat outside as the weather is nice.  The fresh air helps to keep us awake!  Tomorrow we should be well rested and ready to go.
