Housesit in Wellard

We arrived in Wellard which is just south of Perth.  The hosts of our next housesit, Karen and Brendon met us and we quickly left to go for dinner before they left on their trip

Their house is lovely and very comfortable.  They have three pets that we’ll be keeping company.

And Hi Hat.  Hi Hat can be very vocal....especially early in the morning!

We’re enjoying a relaxing day.  Catching up on emails and blogs.  It’s very hot today.  38!

We walk up to the train station where there are several stores and restaurants to pick up a few groceries.

This is the local pub...The Well.  It’s very nice and a great place for something to eat.

We stopped for pizza and beer and then walked back.  It was so hot it was a great afternoon to just hang out in the air conditioning.
