Sunday...travelling to Kerry

We leave our B&B in Spiddal and head south with our next destination being the quaint village of Adare.  Thank heaven for the GPS as it really helps us find our way in a maze of highways and back roads.  Adare is lovely and we stop to walk the streets and go for coffee in a local shop.

Adare is known for authentic thatched roof cottages.

Great coffee with a fruit scone that melts in my mouth!

We continue south along the Ring of Kerry.  Very windy, narrow roads where sometimes I have to pull right over to allow a tour bus to get past.  Not much room....but the scenery is beautiful.
