Up on the bluff you can see the Highlands Links Keltic Lodge. Very expensive golf resort.
We end the evening at our resort with a lovely dinner and entertainment. A sample of a Nova Scotia Kitchen party.
We are now heading to the Fort at Louisbourg.
Along the way we head down the Bras d’Or Lake where we can see the English Town Ferry. This is a cable ferry and saves a lot of time from having to go all the way around. Bras d’Or Lake is huge.
Fort Louisbourg reconstruction depicting only one fifth of the settlement of 1744 New France. As they actually recovered the plans for the original Fort the reconstruction is exactly the same as the original Fort.
