Last day in Adelaide

This morning we head out but stop for a wonderful breakfast at an Italian restaurant a few doors down from our hotel.

Poached eggs, mushrooms on sourdough bread,  flat white to complete it.

We take the tram to Glenelg Beach.  It’s gorgeous.

First thing we do is go up in this Ferris wheel type thing to see the view.  It did not disappoint.

Just look at that beach.  Hardly anyone on it and it was a public holiday.

Lots of people playing beach volleyball.

Fruit salad and iced mocha with ice cream....lunch??

Beautiful building...looks like something you’d see in New Orleans.

We then took the tram back and went to the State Library of Western Australia.

Beautiful.

This museum was so well done.  Could have spent much more time in there.  Very interesting.

We continue walking as we are headed to Melbourne Street which is supposed to be full of shops and cafes... we’re looking for a place for dinner.

This huge pelican was just sitting by the edge of the water cleaning himself.

Beautiful parks...

Even though beautiful you still have to be wary.  We didn’t see any flying foxes or bats.
