Today we leave Tofino but on the way out of town we stop at a couple of the beaches along the way and also stop in Ucuelet.
It's misty and cool.

Wish I could say I was one of these surfers but alas I'm only an observer!
Pretty misty out but still a gorgeous location.
In Ucuelet we walk the Wild Pacific trail.
Gorgeous rugged terrain.

We then arrive on Quadra Island. It's back to sunny and hot. Tsa-Kwa-Luten lodge is where we stayed for two nights. One of my favourite places.

The next day we explore some of the island. This is Rebecca Spit.
So peaceful.
While walking Rebecca Spit we came across this...someone just venting!
Turkey vulture. Unfortunately there was a dead seal on the beach and that's what attracted this guy.
