Off to the Museum

Today we start off with a nice breakfast just down the road from our hotel.  Great coffee.

Then we walk along the Seine to the Musee d'Orsay.  Beautiful day out.

And of course some famous paintings by Renoir

and Monet.

The view across the Seine .... Sacre-Coeur on Montmartre in the distance.

Then we walk to the Luxembourg Gardens and sit in the shade eating our sandwich and salad purchased at Paul.  Paul is a chain of shops and have excellent food.

We're getting tired and hot so head back to our hotel to have a nice cold beer.  We're leaving tomorrow for Venice.
