I’m ready! Scary as the roads are busy with taxis, motorcycles and lots of golf carts.
We stop at a scenic lookout. The color of the water is amazing. The temperature is perfect. Not too hot and a steady breeze.
We find the Joint which is a fun cafe with live music. A lady I know started this restaurant. We were hoping to stop for a drink on our way back but didn’t make it.
It’s crazy busy as we make our way through a few small towns.
Now this is more like it. Found this resort and we settle in for a couple of hours. Lounge chairs, use of the pool and some nice young fellow bringing us drinks! Shortly after we arrive the parking fellow has to move our golf cart and when he does he reports that it won’t start! So he phones the rental company and tells them to come fix it or bring a new cart. We settle back and he looks after it! Cart is fixed….nice guy as it really helps if you can speak Spanish.

We stop at the Mango Cafe on the way home for a late lunch. Coconut mango French toast.so good!
Then we head home, drop off the cart and plan our evening.
